Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Arundel to recruit a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant. This full-time role starts on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Support the child’s academic, social, and emotional development

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or a background in care/support work
• Individuals with personal experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. parent/carer) are encouraged to apply
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for helping children thrive
