Teaching Personnel are seeking an Individual Needs Assistant (INA), providing 1:1 support for a child in Key Stage 3, Year 4. This role requires SEN experience, resilience, and offers a 5-day-a-week position with potential permanent opportunities. The school is based in Hastings and is accessible via public transport.

 Role Details:

  • 1:1 support for a child in Key Stage 2
  • Utilize SEN experience to tailor support to individual needs
  • Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment
  • Full-time position with potential for permanency based on performance/schools needs.


  • Previous experience in SEN support
  • Resilience and adaptability in supporting diverse needs
  • Passion for making a positive impact on a child's educational journey

Schedule: Monday to Friday, contributing to the child's consistent and supportive routine.
Start Date: ASAP – Pay: £385.00 - £425.00 per week
