Teaching Personnel is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Inclusion Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Stockton-on-Tees this September. This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with additional learning, communication and social needs, helping them to build confidence, engage with learning and achieve their potential.

The Role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
  • Help pupils access learning both in and out of the classroom.
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual needs.

We're looking for candidates with experience in:

  • Teaching Assistance
  • Childcare
  • Youth Work
  • Care & Support Work
  • Sports Coaching
  • Psychology or related graduate backgrounds

However, all experience levels are welcome and full support will be provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
