We are looking to appoint a caring, resilient and proactive Behaviour & Inclusion Worker to support pupils across our primary school. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
Working closely with staff, you will support pupils with challenging behaviour, promote positive relationships, and help create a calm, inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.
Experience of supporting pupils with SEND or SEMH needs is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
