Salary: £29,344–£44,919

This role is not about rushing to outcomes.

It is about teaching students how to think before what to think.

As a KS3 Humanities Teacher, you build foundations: vocabulary, structure, evidence, and calm discussion.

• Teaching structured reading and discussion
• Developing extended written responses
• Reinforcing subject‑specific language
• Embedding routines that support learning
• Preparing students for later KS4 success

• Teachers who enjoy early secondary teaching
• Those confident managing mixed‑ability groups
• Professionals who value consistency and clarity

QTS is desirable; unqualified teachers are welcome to apply, especially candidates with strong humanities backgrounds.
