Are you a passionate and dedicated individual that has experience planning and teaching Humanities?  

Teaching Personnel are looking for a new team member to inspire the minds and effectively contribute to the learning and development of Secondary School Students in Lincoln. 

East Midlands, Lincolnshire, Lincoln

Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

£160 - £200 Per day

  • Plan and deliver engaging and informative lessons in Humanities subjects
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing feedback and support
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and student learning experience
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance
  • Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in a relevant Humanities subject
  • Experience teaching Humanities at the secondary level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough understanding of the National Curriculum for Humanities subjects
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Proficiency in using educational technology
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience working with diverse student populations
  • Participation in relevant professional development courses
  • Work in a school setting with standard classroom equipment
  • Full-time hours, temporary position
  • Potential involvement in extracurricular activities and school events

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
