Are you an experienced HLTA or Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting students with additional needs?
We are currently working with a well-regarded mainstream secondary school in Lymington who are looking for a committed and enthusiastic HLTA to join their dedicated SEN provision on a full-time, longer-term basis, starting immediately.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience supporting students with Autism, ADHD and other additional needs, and who understands the importance of creating a calm, supportive and inclusive environment where every student can thrive.
You will be working closely with students within the school's SEN provision, providing both academic and pastoral support. A key part of the role will be building strong, positive relationships with students and helping them to feel confident, understood and supported throughout the school day.
The successful candidate will be someone who is patient, approachable and consistent, with the ability to adapt their approach to meet the individual needs of each student.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
