Salary: £95 - £130 per day (Dependent on Experience)

Supply Desk are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and supportive school in Bognor Regis. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident HLTA who enjoys working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning and support pupils in reaching their full potential.

As a HLTA, you will lead learning activities, provide whole-class cover when required, deliver targeted interventions and support pupils across a range of abilities. You will play a key role in creating an engaging, inclusive and positive learning environment.

• Deliver planned lessons and provide whole-class cover in the absence of the class teacher.
• Lead small group and one-to-one interventions to accelerate pupil progress.
• Support pupils with varying learning needs, including those with SEND.
• Assist teachers with planning, preparing resources and assessing learning.
• Promote positive behaviour and maintain an inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teaching staff.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents and external agencies where appropriate.
• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and enjoyment of learning.

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience working within a UK primary school.
• Confident delivering lessons across a range of year groups.
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
• Flexible, proactive and organised approach.
