We are currently working with a number of welcoming partner schools across Southampton who are seeking enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join their teams for Summer Term 2, with opportunities continuing into September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HLTA looking to gain valuable experience across multiple year groups while playing a key role in supporting teaching and learning throughout the school. The role will primarily involve providing PPA cover, delivering engaging lessons, and supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver planned lessons confidently across a range of year groups
• Support pupils' learning and development throughout the school
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and routines
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to maintain high standards of learning and behaviour
