Job Title: HTLA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)

Location: Doncaster

Daily rate: 90 – 110

Contract: Temp to Perm, Fulltime

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic team. As a Supply HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning in various classrooms, providing essential assistance to both students and teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Classroom support: Provide high – quality support to teachers in delivering lessons, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Small Group Instruction: Lead small group sessions to reinforce learning objectives and provide additional support to students who may require extra assistance.
  • Behaviour management: Implement and maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment by promoting good behaviour and effectively managing any challenging behaviour.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Work closely with teachers to implement the curriculum effectively, adapting materials and activities to meet the needs of individual students.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience to similar role.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards working with students and supporting their educational journey.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and work effectively with diverse groups of students.
  • Understanding the curriculum and educational policies.
  • Flexibility to work short notice assignments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
