Are you a highly skilled and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking to secure a new and exciting, permanent opportunity this upcoming year.

Teaching Personnel’s Permanent Workforce are currently working with a highly reputable, independent primary school in Lincoln that are seeking a HLTA to join their permanent staff list from January 2024.

Key Responsibilities:
*Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver effective lessons, catering to the diverse needs of our students.
*Lead small group interventions to support students' academic progress and boost their attainment.
*Assist with the planning, preparation, and assessment of learning activities.
*Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and personal growth.
*Provide guidance and support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
*Assist in maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment.

Requirements:
*Relevant qualifications, including a Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
*Proven experience working as a HLTA in a primary school setting.
*A strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational best practices.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both students and colleagues.
*The ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic school environment.
*A commitment to promoting the well-being and academic development of all students.
*A clear and current DBS check.
