Pay: £100-£120 per day
Hours: 8:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday

Supply Desk is recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND provision within a thriving secondary school in the New Forest.

You'll support students across KS3 and KS4, helping them access learning, develop confidence and make progress both academically and personally.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HLTA, TA or SEND professional looking for a rewarding long-term role within a supportive school environment.

You'll be:

• Delivering small-group interventions
• Supporting students with a range of SEND needs
• Adapting resources and activities
• Supporting students to access the curriculum
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
• Monitoring progress and contributing to records
• Working closely with teachers and SEND staff
• Building strong, positive relationships with students

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds an HLTA, CACHE Level 3 or relevant Education qualification
• Has experience supporting students with SEND
• Is confident supporting academic, social and emotional needs
• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Is patient, flexible and resilient
• Ideally has secondary school experience

You'll receive:
