Pay: £105–£120 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step, or a qualified HLTA looking for your next role in a supportive primary school?

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a welcoming school in the Callington area who are seeking a confident and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team.

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 in the absence of the class teacher
• Support pupils’ learning in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
• Assist with planning, preparation, and classroom organisation
• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support a range of needs
• Provide feedback on pupil progress and behaviour

• Holds HLTA status or significant experience as a Teaching Assistant
• Confident leading whole class sessions
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable
• A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
