Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)- Honiton & Surrounding Areas New

This rewarding role involves working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning, leading small group interventions, and providing targeted support to pupils with additional needs. 

Role: HLTA
Location: Near Honiton
Pay Rate: £1,600-£2,000 per month (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm

As a HLTA, you will:
• Support the planning and delivery of lessons across the classroom
• Lead small group interventions and whole-class teaching
• Provide targeted support for Year 2 pupils with SEND, including those with EHCPs
• Work closely with teachers, the SENCo, and support staff
• Contribute to assessment, tracking, and pupil progress

We're Looking For:
• HLTA status or significant experience as a Teaching Assistant
• A confident and proactive approach to supporting learning
• Strong communication and classroom management skills in KS1
• GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils' development and achievement
