  • Assisting with behaviour support strategies
  • Providing feedback on pupil progress and engagement
  • Supporting small groups and individual learners
  • Contributing to positive, inclusive learning environments

To be successful, applicants should demonstrate:

  • Previous experience working as a HLTA, Teaching Assistant or within a specialist education setting
  • A minimum of 6 months' relevant experience supporting children or young people
  • Confidence leading learning activities independently
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to adapt to different educational environments
  • A proactive and professional approach
  • Commitment to supporting learners with additional needs

Experience within SEND, SEMH, alternative provisions, specialist schools or care environments would be highly advantageous.
