Are you a recent university graduate seeking a career in education?

Do you have a passion for working with children and aspire to become a teacher?

We are currently collaborating with schools and academies in the Salford area to provide graduate teaching and assistant roles, as well as cover supervisor positions.

Further Information:

  • You will be working with inclusive schools in the Salford area.
  • You will receive a competitive daily rate of £80 - £88 - Paid weekly.
  • You will have access to dedicated consultants who will offer support and guidance throughout the process.
  • You will have the opportunity to participate in free safeguarding and cover supervising courses, providing essential support.
  • There may also be opportunities to progress to a salaried Teacher Training Position.

In these roles, you will support students in classes, whether in small groups or on a one-to-one basis. You will utilise your advanced knowledge in education, as well as transferable skills such as patience, understanding, and the ability to build relationships with students and staff.

You may also have the opportunity to cover lessons and support schools with teacher absences. This will give you valuable experience in leading a classroom environment, managing behaviour, and supporting students who require additional assistance with their work.

Both roles offer an excellent pathway to gaining experience and developing the confidence and skill set necessary for a career in education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
