Key Role Details

• Role: Graduate Teaching Assistant
• Location: Hounslow
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract: Full-time, long-term
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, school hours
• Pay: £92.56-£100 per day, depending on experience

About the Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers to support students across the classroom and wider school environment. You will help pupils remain engaged with their learning, provide one-to-one and small-group support, and contribute to a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a secondary school while developing valuable skills in communication, behaviour management and student support.

What We're Looking For

• A recent graduate with a 2:1 degree or above
• A strong academic background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
• A confident, enthusiastic and proactive approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with students
• A patient and resilient attitude
• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
• Residence within or ability to travel to Hounslow
