A supportive and welcoming 2-form entry primary school in CF14 is looking to appoint a Graduate Teaching Assistant to work within Key Stage 1, supporting pupils to reach their full potential through targeted intervention sessions and classroom support.

• Delivering literacy, phonics and numeracy interventions to small groups
• Providing 1:1 support to pupils who require additional guidance
• Supporting class teachers with engaging learning activities
• Helping to build confidence and independence in young learners
• Monitoring pupil progress and celebrating achievements
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
