Teaching Personnel is recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to work across primary, secondary, and specialist schools from September 2026.

We have a range of long-term, short-term, full-time, part-time, and day-to-day opportunities available, allowing you to find a role that suits your schedule and career goals.

The Role: ✅ Supporting pupils in the classroom
✅ Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions
✅ Assisting students with additional learning needs
✅ Helping teachers create an engaging learning environment
✅ Building positive relationships with pupils and staff

Ideal Candidates Will Have: ✔ A degree in any subject
✔ A passion for working with children and young people
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ A positive, proactive attitude
✔ Relevant experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
