Graduate Teaching Assistant – Denton (M34)

Teaching Personnel ate seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to begin working full-time in a Denton-based primary school as soon as possible. This role covers a rolling sickness that is expected to last until the end of the academic year. The school are seeking an English, Maths, Psychology or Education Studies Graduate so they can impose their unique expertise.

The incoming Teaching Assistant will work throughout the school. Most work will span across Key Stage One and Two, supporting classes and ensuring a cohesive learning experience. The senior leadership of this primary school have employed Teaching Personnel so the successful candidate will undergo our vetting checks before an immediate start.

The role will involve supporting class teachers and upholding a supportive environment for pupils of all ages, backgrounds and level of need. Senior leadership are seeking a capable and committed Graduate TA who excited to get stuck in. This is an amazing opportunity for fresh graduates to gain experience with multiple year groups, acclimatising to the needs of primary schools early in their career.

About the role:

  • £77+ per day through PAYE (no umbrella company or agency fees), paid weekly.
  • Pleasant primary school located in Denton (M34), with great transport links by bus or train and on-site parking.
  • Full time role, Monday-Friday.
  • Pay on school-completed timesheets through Teaching Personnel.
  • Opportunity to work with multiple Primary year groups, providing additional experience and a heterogenous role.
  • Immediate start following registration with Teaching Personnel
