Job Opportunity: Graduate Teaching Assistant (Psychology or Similar)

At Teaching Personnel, we're seeking enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to provide essential support to students both in and out of the classroom.
Your role will involve collaborating with lead teachers on lesson plans, assisting students with additional needs, delivering one-on-one support, and fostering a positive and enjoyable learning environment.
Location: Birmingham, UK
Employment Type: Contract (Immediate Start), Full-Time Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary: £420 - £445 per week

Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
Experience: While prior experience in an educational setting is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
Skills: The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. If you are enthusiastic about making a positive impact on students' lives and embarking on an exciting journey in education, we want to hear from you!
Preferred Certifications: Additional qualifications in special education, behavior management, or child development are beneficial.
DBS Requirement: Must have or be willing to apply for an Enhanced Child DBS.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
