Required Qualifications:

- Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, demonstrating your academic capability.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
- Passion for Education: Display a genuine enthusiasm for education and a desire to help students succeed.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree: Minimum requirement in a related field.
- Experience: While prior experience in education is desirable, a willingness to learn and work with children or young adults is essential.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Educational Understanding: Basic knowledge of educational principles and practices, with a willingness to learn more.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a supportive team environment.
