Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a confident, proactive, and motivated Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary SEN school in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with prior SEN experience who is looking to build a long-term career within specialist education.
The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils within small class groups, working both 1:1 and in small groups to help them access learning and develop key life skills.
You will work closely alongside the class teacher and wider support team, playing a key role in managing challenging behaviours and supporting pupils with personal care needs where required.
The role requires a hands-on, adaptable, and proactive individual who can respond effectively to the varying needs of pupils throughout the school day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
