✅ What We're Looking For
We're specifically looking for graduates finishing university this summer who are:
- Studying Education or a related degree (Psychology, Youth Work, Criminology, Sport, etc.)
- Ready to start a full-time role in September
- Passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs
- Resilient, reliable and calm under pressure
- Keen to build real classroom experience before or during ECT
- Available Monday-Friday (8:30am-3:30pm)
- Willing to obtain (or already hold) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
