Then look no further, we at Teaching Personnel are looking for recent graduates to join our team of Support staff, assisting with students who need that extra help with their literacy. This is a full-time role where you will be working Monday to Friday during the term time of schools. The role is located within one of our Trafford schools with an ofsted of requires improvement. This will mean that your focus will be on assisting these students to level up their English but also deal with some behaviour issues along the way.

Information about the role:

• Pay is £84 - £95 a day with an hourly rate of £12.90 - £15.50.
• You will be required to travel to the Trafford area, Timperley, Sale, and Carrington.
• There are many transport links to the area making it easy to access for both those driving and those on public transport.
• The students will be KS3 and KS4 but the learning level may be below that for some.
• The role will be a temporary placement within the school but has the potential to turn into a permanent placement with a contract with the school.
• The role starts immediately with Teaching Personnel aiming to find you work the second you’re cleared for vetting.
• The hours will be standard school time with some variation.
• Strong communication skills will be required for the role, with a proficiency in both maths and English.

This is a challenging school with several behaviour issues, but only making the need for literacy support even more important.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
