Teaching Personnel are seeking a motivated, compassionate and driven graduate to join a specialist school in Oldham as an SEN Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin or develop a career in education, psychology, speech and language therapy, or wider support services.
This specialist setting supports pupils aged 4–19 with Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN). The school provides a nurturing and structured environment focused on inclusion, emotional wellbeing, and preparing young people for independent adulthood.
The Role
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience supporting pupils with complex additional needs. Working alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals, you will contribute to delivering personalised support that promotes academic, social and emotional development.
