Role Overview:

As a Graduate Learning Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of young minds and gaining valuable experience in a primary school in the Grays area. Your adaptable and interchangeable skills will be put to excellent use in classrooms, working closely with teachers and students to enhance the learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support educators in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Assist in classroom management and student engagement.
  • Provide one-on-one and group assistance to students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to create innovative learning resources.
