This Future Teacher pathway offers a structured and supportive route into the profession, starting with practical classroom experience and leading to full teacher training through the SKiP (School-based Initial Teacher Training) programme.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about education who want to build confidence in the classroom before progressing to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). You will gain hands-on experience from day one, supported by experienced educators, before transitioning into a fully funded teacher training programme.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
