Teaching Personnel is currently seeking Graduate Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Milton Keynes, starting in September 2026.
This role is a great way to develop your confidence, strengthen your classroom management skills and gain practical experience working with students. Previous teaching experience isn't essential, making this an excellent opportunity for graduates taking their first steps into education.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in when teachers are unavailable and oversee classes using lessons and resources that have already been prepared.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
