As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in keeping learning on track in the absence of the class teacher. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
• Creating a positive and focused classroom environment
• Managing student behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting students to complete their work to a high standard
• Providing clear feedback to teaching staff after each lesson

• Experience working with young people (e.g. schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work)
• Strong classroom presence and effective behaviour management skills
• A proactive, positive, and adaptable approach
• The ability to stay calm under pressure
