Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Geography Teacher to join a secondary school in Wincanton from September 2026.
The school is looking for a committed and enthusiastic teacher who can deliver engaging Geography lessons and inspire students across KS3 and KS4. This would suit a qualified teacher who is looking for a new challenge, as well as an ECT seeking their next opportunity within a supportive secondary school.
Full-time Geography teaching role

Teaching Geography across KS3 and KS4
Planning and delivering engaging and well-structured lessons
Encouraging students to develop their knowledge and interest in Geography
Working alongside a supportive department
Long-term position with the potential for a permanent opportunity
QTS or recognised teaching qualification
Experience teaching Geography within a secondary school
Good classroom management skills
A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
Ability to create strong relationships with students
Reliable, organised and committed to supporting student progress
