Teaching Personnel is delighted to be supporting a well-regarded mainstream secondary school in Bournemouth with the recruitment of a dedicated and enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join their team from September.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position for the academic year, with the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate. The school is open to applications from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators who are passionate about inspiring young people through Geography.

  • Full-time Geography Teacher position starting in September
  • Teach engaging and high-quality Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum
  • Foster curiosity and encourage students to develop a deeper understanding of the world around them
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community and department
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography

  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Be motivated, adaptable, and committed to student progress
