Teaching Personnel is working with a number of primary schools across Lancaster, Morecambe, Wyre, Garstang, Preesall, Knott End and surrounding areas and is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants and SEN Teaching Assistants to join our growing network of education professionals.

We have a range of placements available, from day-to-day supply work to longer-term positions, giving you the flexibility to find a role that suits your career ambitions and lifestyle.

• Providing classroom support to teachers and pupils
• Supporting children's learning and development across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Working with small intervention groups and individual pupils
• Assisting children with additional learning needs and SEN requirements
• Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement
• Helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment

• Experience working with children, young people or within an educational setting
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN is advantageous
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
