£90 - £150 Per day

• Provide cover for absent teachers across various subjects and age groups within a secondary school environment
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively
• Manage classroom behaviour to create a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity in students' learning 
• Flexibility to different schedules, classroom environments and challenging situations

• Previous experience in a similar role within a secondary school environment
• Previous exposure to teaching across various subjects and age groups
• PGCE or relevant teaching qualification is advantageous

• Genuine passion for education
• Strong behaviour management skills and positive classroom presence
• Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well within a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
