Looking for a role where you can truly support and inspire learners?
We are seeking a dedicated GCSE Tutor to deliver engaging and tailored sessions in a supportive educational setting in Nottingham.

You will work closely with students on a 1:1 or small group basis, helping them build confidence and achieve their GCSE goals. This role involves adapting teaching methods to suit individual learning needs, particularly for students with SEN or additional barriers.

  • Deliver GCSE-level lessons (core subjects such as English, Maths, or Science)
  • Plan and tailor sessions to meet individual student needs
  • Support learners with SEN, SEMH, or gaps in education
  • Track progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Create a positive, engaging learning environment
  • Experience teaching or tutoring at GCSE level
  • Strong subject knowledge (English, Maths, or Science)
  • Patient, adaptable, and student-focused approach
  • SEN experience (desirable)
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
  • Consistent weekday hours (no weekends)
