Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour

  • Provide one-to-one tutoring sessions for GCSE students
  • Develop and implement personalised lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Prepare students for GCSE exams by covering relevant material and practising exam techniques
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding student progress
  • A relevant teaching qualification
  • Experience in tutoring or teaching GCSE subjects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organisational skills and ability to create engaging lesson plans

A degree in the relevant subject area

Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring GCSE students

  • Strong understanding of the GCSE curriculum and exam requirements
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
  • Proficient in using educational technology and resources
  • Experience in preparing students for GCSE exams
  • Additional qualifications in education or teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
