Are you ready to take the next step in your career and pursue a fulfilling path working with young people, with the ultimate goal of becoming a qualified secondary school teacher?

Our programme, Future Teachers, is designed to offer graduates an opportunity to enter the teaching profession. It provides two years of full-time, paid experience and, upon completion, participants will earn Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), making them fully qualified teachers.

  • Provide classroom support to teachers
  • Lead planned lessons as a cover supervisor
  • Mentor students on a one-to-one basis
  • Bachelor's degree in any subject
  • Preferably in Mathematics, English, Science, Humanities, Computer Science, Languages, or Physical Education
  • Bachelor's degree in any subject
  • No previous teaching experience required
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn throughout the programme
  • Genuine desire to support and empower young people
  • Ability to help students achieve their educational potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
