At Teaching Personnel, we are aiming to expand our ever-growing team of teachers by hiring those who have the aspiration to become fully qualified teachers. Our aim is to give you the skills and confidence needed to thrive in your future teaching career, allowing you to build the connections that will assist in applying to roles come September. We will always strive to put the educator first prioritising what type of teaching experience you want to acquire be that Cover Supervision, Teaching Assistant, or simply any role in a school so you can get used to being in that environment.

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students
  • Support the lead teacher in classroom management
  • Assist with planning and preparation of teaching materials
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
  • Participate in school events and extracurricular activities
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Valid DBS check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with children and helping them learn

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
