Teaching Personnel are seeking English, Maths or Science graduates who are eager to begin a career in education. Our Future Teachers Programme is designed to support your transition from university into teaching, providing valuable, hands-on classroom experience before undertaking formal teacher training.

You will work as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school in Bognor Regis, primarily supporting English, Maths or Science lessons. The role involves supervising classes during short-term teacher absences, delivering pre-set work, managing classroom behaviour, and supporting students as they complete their tasks.

With no planning or marking required, this position is focused on building your classroom confidence while providing valuable, hands-on insight into a teaching career.

Start date: September 2026
