Pay: £25–£30 per hour+

TP Tutors is looking for a dedicated Functional Skills Tutor to provide personalised 1:1 tuition to Primary and Secondary-aged learners across M2 5PD, Manchester.

  • Deliver engaging 1:1 Functional Skills tuition in English and/or Maths.

  • Plan lessons according to each child's individual learning needs and abilities.

  • Adapt lessons to suit different learning styles, including pupils with SEN.

  • Help learners build confidence and improve their academic progress.

  • Monitor progress and provide regular feedback.

✔ Minimum 1 year's UK teaching or tutoring experience.
✔ Experience working with Primary and Secondary-aged learners.
SEN experience.
✔ Strong knowledge of Functional Skills English and/or Maths.
✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
✔ Right to work in the UK.

  • Flexible part-time work during weekdays and school hours.

  • £25–£30 per hour+.

  • Weekly pay every Friday via PAYE.

  • Ongoing support from a dedicated TP Tutors consultant.

  • Regular and long-term tuition opportunities.
