Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a dedicated Full-Time Teaching Assistant to work within a supportive school in Ringwood.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work closely with pupils, support their learning and help them develop confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

• Supporting pupils during lessons

• Providing 1:1 and small-group learning support

• Assisting with interventions and targeted activities

• Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs

• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement

• Helping pupils develop independence

• Working closely with teachers and support staff

• Supporting classroom organisation

• Building positive relationships with pupils

You will ideally have:

• Experience working with children or young people

• Excellent communication skills

• A patient and positive approach

• Strong organisational skills

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

• A flexible and adaptable approach

• A genuine passion for supporting children's education

Education experience is desirable, but candidates with relevant transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
