Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join a supportive educational setting in Wimborne.

The role would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant who understands the importance of consistency, patience and building trusting relationships with pupils.

Working alongside the class teacher and wider support team, you will:

• Support pupils with their individual learning needs

• Provide 1:1 and small-group assistance

• Reinforce learning and classroom activities

• Support pupils who require additional guidance

• Encourage independence and confidence

• Promote positive behaviour

• Help pupils access the curriculum

• Assist with classroom organisation and preparation

• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff

Experience supporting pupils with SEND would be beneficial.
