Do you have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and a passion for helping pupils overcome barriers to learning? We are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join inclusive primary schools across Streatham from September.

This role will involve working closely with class teachers and SEN staff to support pupils with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH needs. You will play a key role in helping children build confidence, independence and academic success.

  • Providing one-to-one and small-group support
  • Supporting pupils with EHCP targets and learning plans
  • Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
  • Encouraging pupil participation and engagement
  • Recording progress and communicating effectively with staff
  • Promoting an inclusive learning environment
  • School-based Teaching Assistant experience
  • Previous SEN experience is highly desirable
  • Calm, resilient and adaptable approach
  • Excellent communication skills
