Teaching Personnel are looking for Flexible Teaching Assistants to support with sickness cover and planned absences across our fantastic client schools in Cardiff.

** This is a flexible role with the option to work between 1 and 5 days per week depending on your own availability. You will be given access to your own online diary to control when you work! **

We are looking for a proactive and engaging person to cover staff absences throughout our Cardiff client schools. We work with Primary, Secondary and SEN Schools across the Cardiff area, and you will have the opportunity to work within some, or all, of these settings depending on your preferences.

Day to day your role will be varied and exciting, covering TAs who work with pupils with a range of additional needs and who have a varying level of abilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills as a Teaching Assistant and get your foot in the door of your local schools. Many of our Teaching Assistants go on to longer term and/or permanent roles within the schools that they support.

Additional Details:

-          No prior school experience needed, just a positive attitude and passion for helping young people to succeed!

-          Pay from £12.82/hr.

-          Level 2 CPD Safeguarding Training included.

-          Enhanced Child Only DBS & EWC Required (support with these provided).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
