Pay: £125 - £145 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Flexible Daily Supply
Start Date: September 2026 onwards

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Blandford Forum area, seeking a Flexible Primary Supply Teacher to work collaboratively with staff across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety, building relationships within one school, and supporting pupils across different year groups.

The Role

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2.
• Adapt confidently to different year groups and classroom environments.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.
• Enjoy the flexibility of daily supply while becoming a familiar face within the school.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Is confident teaching across the primary age range.
• Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Is flexible, reliable, and enjoys working as part of a team.
• Has a passion for creating positive learning experiences for all pupils.

Teaching Personnel Vetting

All applicants will be subject to Teaching Personnel's comprehensive vetting process, which includes:

• Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to Work checks.
• Verification of qualifications and Qualified Teacher Status.
• Professional references covering recent employment.
• Safeguarding interview and compliance checks in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidance.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
