Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Ormskirk and Burscough, and we are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
These opportunities are particularly well suited to individuals who would value guidance, flexibility and a gradual approach to building confidence within the classroom.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support pupils either within the classroom or on a 1:1 or small group basis, depending on school needs and your experience.
Support may include:
Placements range from day to day supply to short term and longer term roles, with opportunities matched carefully to your availability, preferences and confidence level.
We take the time to understand your background, goals and confidence level, matching you with schools that are supportive, organised and experienced in working with supply staff. You will always be placed in roles suited to you and never pushed into work you are not comfortable with.
