Salary: £465-£525 per week

Start Date: Immediate Start Available

You will work closely with teachers and pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and enjoy helping children develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning.

• Supporting children across the EYFS curriculum
• Working with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
• Assisting with phonics, literacy, numeracy, and creative learning activities
• Supporting children's social, emotional, and academic development
• Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

We are looking for an EYFS Teaching Assistant who is:

• Passionate about education
• Caring, patient, and enthusiastic
• Experienced working with children in a school, nursery, or childcare setting (desirable)
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Committed to supporting children within an EYFS setting
• Able to commute to Berkhamsted
