Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the FY5 area following the October half-term break.

This is a full-time role supporting pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to create a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment where children can thrive both academically and socially.

  • Supporting teaching and learning within the EYFS classroom.
  • Delivering targeted interventions and small group activities.
  • Assisting with planning and preparing engaging learning resources.
  • Promoting children's social, emotional, and educational development.
  • Supporting children with varying learning needs.
  • Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or Teaching Support.
  • Previous experience working within an EYFS setting.
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child development.
  • A patient, caring and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
