Are you passionate about supporting young children's development and helping them build a love for learning? Teaching Personnel is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the CF14 area of Cardiff from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is committed to making a positive impact during the crucial early years of education.

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging EYFS lessons and activities.
• Assist children with their learning through play-based and structured activities.
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Support children's social, emotional, and educational development.
• Encourage positive behaviour and independence.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
• Provide additional support to children who may require extra assistance with their learning.

• Has experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or nursery setting.
• Is passionate about Early Years education and child development.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is patient, caring, and able to build positive relationships with children.
• Can work effectively as part of a team and use their own initiative.
• Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and child welfare responsibilities.
