Job Title: EYFS Teaching Assistant Location: Darwen Length of Role: Temp to Perm Pay Rate: £14.25 – £16.00 per hour Type of Setting: Mainstream Primary School

A friendly and inclusive primary school in Darwen is looking for an enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team. You will play a key role in supporting children’s early learning, social development, and confidence building.

• Supporting children across Nursery and Reception

• Assisting with planning and delivering engaging EYFS activities

• Providing targeted support to pupils who may need additional guidance

• Helping maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment

• Working closely with teaching staff and parents

• Experience in EYFS or early childhood support

• A warm, positive, and adaptable attitude

• Strong understanding of early years development

• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
